Alkali Resistant Spiral-wound Membrane

HB Series could achieve the concentration of cellulose, hemicelluloses, paper fiber and other compound, which also could be used in the purification of alkali liquor. The membrane element could maintain high-flux and stable operation for more than 12 months in strong alkali conditions.

· After operating for 24 hours, measure the average rate of desalination. Fluctuation range of flow for a single membrane element is +25%/-25%.

· Measure Condition: solution of 2,000ppm MgSO4, 580psi of operating pressure, 25℃ of temperature, pH7 and 15% of recovery rate.

· Measure Condition: general specification based on pure water, 15psi of operating pressure, 25℃ of temperature, and 10% of recovery rate. Fluctuation range of flow for a single membrane element is ±25%.

Storage Condition
1. Before the first use, all membrane elements must be stored under the original packaging conditions.
2. Store in a cool, dry and the place that is not directly exposed to sunlight or artificial lighting. Storage temperature stays at 0℃ to 30℃, and the longest storage time is 6 months.
